Reference Number 0000260186 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/01 11:59:00 PM CST MBLL has requirements for miscellaneous millwork and finish carpentry services to incorporate concept design, repair and maintenance, reconstruction, minor construction, etc. Typical services involve counters, gaming furniture, washroom partitions, and work surfaces / areas that include but are not limited to tables, miscellaneous equipment, and other elements throughout the front and back of the house areas at Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino. 1. Club Regent Casino - 1425 Regent Avenue West, Winnipeg, MB R2C 3B2 2. McPhillips Station Casino - 484 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg, MB R2X 2H2 MBLL may, at any time, add, change, or delete sites as required. In the event of an addition, the scope, terms, conditions are to be negotiated with MBLL's Procurement Department. The services required may include but are not limited to: 1. General repair or replacement of any elements, 2. Fabrication for general repair / maintenance of existing elements, 3. Upgrades or new installations, 4. Minor construction of items to be added to the décor, 5. Other applications as determined by MBLL. Materials may include but not necessarily be limited to paint, stain, sealants, wood products, laminates, and miscellaneous fasteners. Estimated Annual Usage is listed below. Note that these are estimates only and are not a guarantee of business. Materials: estimated value of material $7000 per annum. Labour: estimated service requirement of 100-200 hours of labour per annum. MBLL reserves the right to obtain competitive quotes from the general market at any time and for any project as determined by MBLL. Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years with MBLL’s option to exercise the contract for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period.
