The San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District is requesting sealed bids on CONTRACTED AIR CONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION AND HEATING EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND MATERTIALS on the enclosed bid form. Questions in regard to this bid must be submitted to the Purchasing Department, 315 Griner Street, Del Rio, Texas 78842 for clarification. The San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District is requesting a contracted air conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment, service and materials bid effective from the DATE OF BID AWARD THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2024 with the option to renew bid for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school calendar years if deemed in the best interest of the district. It being understood the district will be the sole judge as to the best interest. Renewal will be automatic unless a selected vendor is notified otherwise. BID BOND IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION, 5% OF BID PRICE WHEN REQUESTED. PAYMENT AND PREFORMANCE BONDS SHALL BE PRESENTED TO THE PURCHASING OFFICE BEFORE ANY WORK TAKES PLACE, WHEN APPLICABLE. PAYMENT BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED IF THE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES EXCEED $100,000.00 The District reserves the right to waive formalities and irregularities and to accept or reject each item separately or as a whole.
