All proposals must be on file with Northwest Mississippi Community College prior to the opening time as stated above. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as indicated "Men's Residence Hall - Steel and Elevator Packages" to be opened on March 14, 2023. Envelopes not so marked are submitted at the risk of the Bidder and the College assumes no responsibility for the premature opening of same by any College employee.
