The Work consists of a Contractor providing professional services for the planning, design, construction, and permitting of the proposal transit operating and maintenance facility. The Contractor will also provide the necessary services to bring the project to fruition. The proposed scope itemizes the various tasks and subtasks to develop a level of detail on each task that shall lead to providing a functional bus maintenance and operating facility.
