Furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of: Warren Street Reconstruction Project. The purchaser shall bare all shipping costs or make arrangements to pick up documents. Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Public Works office in its new location at 240 Columbus Ave and various plan rooms requesting documents. Warren Street Reconstruction Project $3,169,476.00. All questions shall be directed to the Public Works Engineer, Josh Snyder at jsnyder1@cityofsandusky.com in writing via email no later than 8:00am on Friday, February 24, 2023. Prevailing Wage Rates and the City's Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract. Time is of the essence, therefore we have set a final completion date for this project of December 1, 2023 and a milestone completion date for the water line tie-in and storm sewer connection across E Water Street as June 2, 2023.
