For furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of: 2023 Local Street Resurfacing in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Public Works Engineer, on file in its office, 240 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, OH 44870. Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Public Works office in its new location at 240 Columbus Ave and various plan rooms requesting documents. All questions shall be directed to Josh Snyder, Public Works Engineer jsnyder1@cityofsandusky.com in writing via email no later than 8:00am, Friday, March 17, 2023. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates and the Citys Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract.
