Eddy County is hereby seeking formal, sealed proposals from qualified companies authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico to provide General Architectural Services on an as per job basis for local, state, federally funded infrastructure and capital projects. These projects involve a variety of architectural disciplines listed within this RFP. It is anticipated this procurement will result in a multiple source award. Contracts awarded under this RFP will be funded in whole or in part by the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), a part of the America Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
