This Work shall consist of implementing the necessary traffic control during construction in conformance with the Contract and the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The Contractor shall submit all proposed traffic control changes to the Contract traffic control Plan detailed in the Plans to the Project Manager, for review and approval by the District Traffic Engineer/or Local Government Agency Engineer or designee, prior to beginning construction operations. The Contractor shall furnish all Materials, tools, labor, Equipment and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Work. The Materials shall include, all interim and temporary signing, and traffic control devices as necessary to complete the traffic control detailed in the Plans or modifications to the Plan details as approved by the District Traffic Engineer including all setups and resetting of devices.
