The improvement for which bids will be received follows: Asphalt Materials - 2023 This proposal provides for furnishing 4,000-6,000 tons of HFE-150 liquid asphalt, 500 - 700 tons of HFE-90 liquid asphalt and 6000 - 8,000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt for the 2023 season to Grant County and other work in accordance with the specifications. If you have any questions about this procedure please call the Public Works Office in advance of the bid opening.: Rob Harris Assistant County Engineer 509-906-6415 rgharris@grantcountywa.gov This contract provides for furnishing and delivering asphalt materials in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The award of this proposal, if made, may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of Grant County. Project awraded to Central Manufacturing, Inc. P.O.
