A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of East Ridge, Tennessee is accepting bids from experienced paint contractors to coat the new East Ridge Splash Pad at the East Ridge Community Center, located in the City of East Ridge, 1515 Tombras Ave, East Ridge, TN. The City of East Ridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities therein, and to award the bid in the City's best interest. SCOPE OF WORK/DESCRIPTION OF ITEM Contractor will wash, prime, and apply two coats of UT-200 Series of Tuff Coat anti-skid and primer to the 2830 sq foot of the splash pad. The area is to be cleaned and prepped to manufacturing specifications. Contractor furnishes all materials and performs all the necessary labor for the completion of the project. All work to be completed by April 15, 2023. Site location is 1515 Tombras, Ave East Ridge, TN 37412
