Jefferson - {8,075 SY) Altemaie 1 Rhoades Dr. - (6,156 SY} DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1.Single Seal Coat and Double Seal Coat followed by sweeping ard tne application cia Type II Slurry Seal. A2 year maintenance bond will he required (100% 1s% year, 50% 2nd year) covering any and all workmanship or material related detects, as determined by the municipality. Payment will not de approved before final inspection with municipality, any and all defects must be corrected tc the satisfaction of the municipality prior to any portion cf payment being released.
