For North Campus Underground Condensate Line Leak Repairs Requests for clarification or additional information are to be submitted through the Opportunity Q&A Feature within the specified project on the Jaggaer Sourcing Director portal by February 23, 2023 by 4:00 pm. Excavate 10' section of driveway that has marked by leak detection engineers. Affected condensate line is estimated to be buried 10' Locate line leak and make necessary repairs. The condensate line is 2.5" schedule 80, the same material to be used for repairs. New insulation shall be Foamglass pipe insulation and Heat Seal Pittwrap jacket. Backfill with sand 12" below, 12" on the sides, and 12" above Replace old fill and compact properly. Supply finish patch to driveway All work must be done w/OSHA standards followed. During work, one lane must be left open for emergency vehicle access. Work to be done on normal business hours. Police Detail(s) Worksite barriers Permits and Fees Warranty
