Site work for a water / sewer project in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
PROJECT ESTIMATE: $28,800.00. This project consists of adjustments of the rim elevations of several existing sanitary sewer manholes along the Sycamore Creek, between Ash Street and Elm Street in the CITY OF MASON. All structures are within sewer or other easements. Construction shall include: Removal and salvaging of the old manhole castings; removal of the existing pre-cast top section or cone section; installation of new 5" diameter - 4' tall barrel section and re-setting of existing top or cone section, also included will be installation of new water tight manhole castings, protection of the existing river trail surface with planks or tires when crossing (only 2-4 crossings are anticipated), limited restoration areas, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.
