Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of reconstruction of 2023 LOCAL STREETS -WALNUT COURT (Columbia to Ash St.); E. CHERRY ST. (Rogers St. to Steele St. School); LEAD or GALVANIZED WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT (Various Locations) and ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION all within the City of Mason City Limits: Construction shall include: areas of pulverizing, balancing and repaving existing bituminous road ways totaling approximately 7,400 syd; removal of pulverized material totaling approximately 1,000 cyds; replacement of bituminous leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 2,100 tons; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter totaling approximately 1,900 Lft; removal and replacement of 4" and 6" concrete sidewalks, driveways and ADA ramps totaling approximately 10,800 Sft; installation of 12" storm sewer totaling approximately 460 Lft including structures; installation of 12", 8" and 6" sanitary sewer totaling approximately 1,860 Lft including structures services and connections; installation of 6" watermain totaling approximately 400 Lft including valves, hydrants, connections and water services; removal and replacement of lead and galvanized water services with copper services; signing and traffic control, complete cleanup and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.
