This work consists of the determined low Bidder, or the subcontractor(s) indicated in writing from the contractor, providing a warranty bond for the warranty(ies) listed herein. This project includes a 5 year HMA Local Agency Warranty. This is a Local Agency project. Net classification required for this project is Between $5M and $10M Cb or Ea In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb and Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors.
