Renovation of a golf course in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Replace existing asphalt shingle roof with new metal shingle and metal standing seam roof system, including flashings, underplayment, downspouts and gutters. Other incidentals are replacement of detreriorated roof sheathing and roof fascia.
