The City intends to award up to multiple Service Providers. Background Service Provider will supply experienced general painting services to include: painting prep work, priming, painting, staining, clear coat finishing and miscellaneous dry wall patch/repair for interior and exterior surfaces on new construction, renovations and repairs in commercial applications. Service Provider will occasionally be required to work outside of regular business hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday). Some work will have to be done on weekends. The City expects a high quality product meeting or exceeding minimum industry standards.
