2023 Street Improvement Program A current Illinois Department of Transportation Certificate of Eligibility for categories 003 (Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) Plant Mix) or 005 (HMA Paving); as well as 032 (Cold Milling, Planing and Rotomilling) must be submitted in order to Download the Bid Documents. MUST COMPLY WITH AMENDED ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. Contract will be awarded at the Village of Niles Board Meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm, or in any way restrain, or restrict competition. All responsible and eligible firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or technicalities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal which it deems to be in the best interests of the Village.
