Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Niles, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
All bidders will be required to submit proof of Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Niles Park District. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. Work will include temporary erosion and sediment control measures, earthwork, stone masonry, asphalt paving, concrete paving, footings, curbs, and retaining walls, shelter installation, playground equipment installation, engineered wood fiber play surfacing, chain link fencing and gates, utilities, lighting, landscaping, and turf grass seeding.
