Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Buckingham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Work includes the installation of emergency generators, wooden enclosure alterations, pump replacement, flow meter installation, and access road construction. Bids shall be identified ac-cordingly and enclosed in an outside envelope addressed to the Township with Attention Sealed Bid Inside The bid must include all costs incidental to the work of the Project. Products shall be prequalified as equals for use on this project as is described by the Information to Bid-ders. Bidder shall meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled with-in a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of Buckingham Township. Buckingham Township re-serves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all bids and to re-ject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other pro-vision of the Bidding Documents, Buckingham will have com-plete discretion to award a Contract (or not to award a Contract) to any bidder bas-ed on any criteria Buckingham Township deems relevant.
