Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Buckingham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work includes demolition of existing equipment (piping, wells, pressure tanks, and ancillary equipment) inside the existing Fieldstone Water System Control Building, rehab of existing building including new concrete floors, roof, siding etc., installation of new booster skid and associated piping and equipment, rework of existing electrical distribution equipment to support new skid, and approximately 1000 lf of 12" DIP suction piping from main. The bid must include all costs incidental to the work of the Project. Products shall be prequalified as "equals" for use on this project as is described by the Information to Bidders. Bidder shall meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled within a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of Buckingham Township. Buckingham Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids.
