A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Town of Ottawa at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Town of Ottawa equal to 5 percent of the Bid. Mandatory Alternates include 400 S.Y. asphaltic patch, 200 S.Y. flex patch, crackfilling, and 12,200 S.Y. microsurfacing of various tow roadways. Additional Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract.
