The City is issuing this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for a qualified consultant (team) to serve the City with the development of the IBCRP. The IBCRP will engage stakeholders and complete extensive data collection to gain a better understanding of the existing constraints, survey the coastal areas to determine property line locations/locations of existing structures, establish a baseline and monitoring program, draft an implementation plan, develop a CRP with equitable policies to ensure broad utility of the resilience plan and to build capacity to enable planning of future adaptation projects, strategies and other activities.
