Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 32,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Westshore Parks and Recreation are looking to have the pool, weight room, reception, and associated hallways re-roofed at 1767 Island Highway. Work would include roofing under existing structures, supplying and installing skylights, transitions, drains, plumbing stacks, electrical and gas line flashings, curbing and perimeter flashing. It would be expected that the existing roof can be left in place with measures taken to vent where necessary to prevent future issues.
