Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement Flooring for Desoto Parish Schools All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all additive alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond. The Successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. This project must be completed between May 27, 2024 and July 26, 2024. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date for receipt of bids. Bidders must meet requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor s Licensing Law R.S. 37:2151-2163. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids which deviate from the project plans and specifications.
