AMENDMENT 1 (23February2023): The purpose of this amendment is to post the Q&As submitted between 15 February 2023 and 20 February 2023. Just a reminder that all questions are due by 1 March 2023. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 1 March 2023. ****SITE VISIT CANCELLED**** Site visit scheduled at 1:30pm CST on 23 February 2023 has been cancelled. AMENDMENT 2 (13March2023): The purpose of this amendment is to change the following dates: - Site visit: 20 March 2023 at 1:30pm CST. Meet up will be the Columbus Air Force Base Visitor Center. If you are interested in attending, please email A1C Lane at brendan.lane.3@us.af.mil, so we can submit your names ahead of time. - Questions: Due 22 March 2023 by 4:30pm CST. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 22 March 2023. - Proposals dues 28 March 2023 at 3:00pm CST. Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 1 March 2023 - Wednesday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 1 March 2023. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If you are interested in attending, please email A1C Lane at brendan.lane.3@us.af.mil, so we can submit your names ahead of time. *****PLEASE NOTE***** Base Year The base year for this contract will only be for 6 months (1 April 2023 - 30 September 2023), so CLINS 0001 and 0003 will not need a price, but will need to be priced out for the remaining four option years. Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
