Request for Qualifications (Rfq) Id/iq Architectural (Prime) and Engineering (Consultant) Services Columbus Housing Authority the Columbus Housing Authority is Receiving Qualifications From Architects for an Indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Architectural and Consulting Engineering Services for Work Generally Identified in the Capital Fund Grants for Fy 2022-2026. Duties Will Include the Preparation of Drawings, Specifications, Inspections, and Other Various Services as Determined by the Housing Authority and Negotiated With the Selected Firm. Work Items Will Be Issued via Task Order Upon Successful Negotiation. The Period of the Contract Shall Be for Two Initial Years With the Option to Extend Yearly Each of the Next Three Years. The Owner is Seeking a Prime Contract With an Architect. Engineers Wishing to Submit Shall Submit as Consultants or Partners With a Prime Architectural Firm. The Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals Received and to Waive Any Informality With These Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
