As of March 24, 2023 project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals that will help the District identify a qualified Supplier who is capable of providing Medium Voltage VFD to meet the needs of the WBWCD. This invitation is extended to all companies and organizations with proven experience in providing the equipment specified herein and with an interest in offering their services to the District. The OWNER intends to Award a Purchase Order to the successful SUPPLIER. The OWNER shall award a Purchase Order to the selected SUPPLIER from this RFP process. All bidding general contractors will be provided the Purchase Order with pricing and contact information of the selected SUPPLIER. OWNER intends to assign the Purchase Order or the finished received equipment to the successful bidding general contractor for installation. SUPPLIER selection will be based on low bid that is in conformity with the medium voltage variable frequency drive specification with SUPPLIERS proposed delivery date meeting the required time constraints of the project. The South Weber Well#2 is located at approximately 7462 South 850 East, South Weber, Utah 84405. Delivery time is of the essence for the equipment specified. The OWNER requires that the specified equipment be available for installation at the site by no later than March 1 2024.
