The Contractor shall be responsible to perform any or all of the improvements mentioned and authorized to be made, and the construction, demolition, reconstruction, and repair of all or any portion of such improvements, and the furnishing of all of the needed experienced supervision and labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, supplies, services, facilities and any other incidentals and incidental expenses necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the Project and the carrying out of all the duties and obligations imposed by the Contract (the "Work"). Before signing a contract, a bidder must become familiar with the Scope of Work, applicable laws and regulations, and any other factors affecting performance of work. By signing the Offer Page, the Bidder agrees that they have familiarized themselves with the Scope of Work, applicable laws and regulations, and any other factors affecting performance of the work to the best of their knowledge. There will be no subsequent financial adjustment, other than that provided by the Contract, for lack of such familiarization. All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $450.00 per Calendar Day Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Surety Bond, Cashiers' or certified check or postal money order equal to ten percent (10%) Written questions regarding this IFB must be received by the Procurement Department no later than January 16, 2024. Questions must be addressed to the Procurement Officer listed below. Mohave County reserves the right to require complete copies of all insurance policies required by this Contract at any time.
