Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of April 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. This project is scheduled to be awarded on June 13th, 2023. New booster pump station (BPS) at Site 5A and the following related improvements at the site. New booster pumps with variable frequency drives (VFDs), appurtenances, instrumentation and controls. Valves, piping and appurtenances required for new pump installation. Replace the existing electrical and SCADA systems with new systems including a new emergency generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS). Two new hydropneumatic tanks to replace the existing hydropneumatic tank. Pump controls and instruments. Related structural and civil, site and yard piping improvements. BONDS: Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% QUESTIONS: All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by March 22, 2023, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum.
