Capital Improvement Project No. 1866.01.05 BID PROJECT NO. 0102-23 The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for: Base Bid: Reconstructing approximately 68,500 SF of asphalt pavement, milling existing asphalt approximately 181,000 SF and overlaying with NYSDOT Type 402 hot mix asphalt, making full depth asphalt repairs approximately 1,875 SF, and installing new concrete tie down anchors. The project also includes drainage improvements and airfield markings. Bid Add No. 1: Mill existing asphalt approximately 44,800 SF and pave nominal 2 inch lift of new asphalt including approximately 2000 SF of full depth pavement repairs The general scope of the project will be reviewed at this Meeting. Minutes will not be issued for this Meeting. NO INTERPRETATIONS of the contract documents will be given at this Meeting. Following the Meeting, prospective bidders will have the opportunity to inspect the site of the work. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Meeting and inspect the site. Requests for an interpretation shall be made in writing no later than the end of business on February 20, 2023. Any interpretations/clarifications necessitated by this meeting will be addressed by addenda issued by Monroe County
