Renovation of a stadium in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The contractor will perform several updates to the existing Video Board located within Sargent's Stadium. The contractor will provide necessary equipment, materials, and staffing needed to complete the following requested work tasks. 1. Purchase and Installation of Motion Rocket Software 2. Purchase and Installation of an 8-channel video switcher with 1-Channel of instant replay 3. Purchase and Installation of a production server 4. Upgrade the existing cameras from SDI to NDI technology 5. Upgrade the stationary cameras to PTZ cameras. 6. Purchase and Installation of required cabling, plates, parts, connectors, racks, etc for all of the above listed items. 7. The City of Johnstown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal, which is deemed most favorable to the City. The duration of any contract awarded is anticipated to commence upon the date an agreement is entered with the City of Johnstown and conclude by May 31, 2023. An extension of this deadline may be granted from the City of Johnstown to the contractor at the City's discretion.
