Pre-purchase scope The pre-purchase resulting from this RFP and all actions resulting from it will be transferred to the general contractor who will be awarded the construction contract for the entire project. The Supplier for this pre-purchase will then become the subcontractor and Supplier of this contractor. The transfer of the contract will take place according to the terms of the Novation Agreement attached to the AO documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
