Upgrades and improvements to the University pavilion. The scope of the project 55974 includes renovations of the clinical research laboratory, redevelopment of teachers' office 103-53 including demolition work, installation of sixed furniture, upgrades to the interior finish (floors, walls, ceilings) and painting work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in spring 2023. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
