The scope of work will includes major interior and exterior renovations to 11 owner's buildings located in Montreal: - École Louis-Collin Renovation - Lot 301; - École Alice-Parizeau Renovation - Lot 302; - Centre Saint-Paul Renovation - Lot 303; - École François-de-Laval Renovation - Lot 304; - École Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague Renovation - Lot 305; - École Simone Monet Renovation - Lot 306; - École Gadbois Renovation - Lot 307; - École Marie-Rivier, Legendre Building Renovation - Lot 308; - Centre Champagnat Renovation - Lot 309 - École Saint-Luc Upgrades - Lot 310; - École Évangéline Renovation - Lot 311 - Project 499 035 870. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded mechanical and electrical engineering professional consulting firms for design services and construction work monitoring following the RFP 24-762P2. Preliminary studies have started. Projects will be followed separately in the respective reports under the aforementioned names. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
