TIMELINE: The owner has awarded architectural professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring of the projects includes in the construction packages (lots) 101 to 104, 106 to 110 and 112. Proposals submitted for the packages 105, 111 and 113 were not in compliance with the project requirements and contracts were not awarded.
