Bus Yard @ Sierra Vista Shopping Center AT 1323 North Norma, Ridgecrest, CA 93555 BID PACKAGE SCOPE OF WORK LICENSE 02-11-000 Demolition & Earthwork A or C12 02-15-000 Site Concrete A or C8 02-16-000 AC Paving C12 02-24-000 Chain Link Fencing/Gates C13 16-00-000 Site Electrical C7 or C10 The "Work" of this contract is defined by the Contract Documents and is defined to include all necessary labor and materials for a development of a District electric bus charging yard. 1. The Work shall include but not limited to: a. Removal/replacement of existing ac paving with concrete driving slab. 1) Resurfacing of the existing parking lot (AC paving) - Alternate One b. Traffic striping and markings c. Perimeter chain link fencing (including sliding and swing gats) d. Installation of electric charging stations (15)- equipment provided by Owner. e. Electrical service 1. remove/replace portion of existing ac paving for proposed conc. slab for bus parking 2. remove (e) drive approach and portion of (e) conc. walk for two proposed drive approaches per city standards 3. install conc. parking wheel stops 4. install 8' high chainlink fence around the proposed bus yard 5. install 3 rolling gates and install 2 man gates 6. install 2 pole lights 7. remove/replace (e) pole light fixture to led (fixture only) 8. paint striping for bus parking as shown on plan
