Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contract No. 1: Various street maintenance throughout the Borough: Project Nos. 1 through 8 - Construction includes base repair, bituminous paving, micro surfacing, storm sewer, curb, sidewalk, full depth reclamation, milling, and associated restoration. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/23/2023 5:00 PM Base Repair: Project No. 9 - Unit price for base repair in various locations throughout the Borough as directed by the Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Red Lion Borough Council in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. All proposals must be submitted online via PennBid and include documents outlined within the specifications. The Red Lion Borough Council reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
