Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dwight, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education for Dwight Common School District #232 is requesting sealed bids for a plumbing infrastructure project. Bid Security is not required for this project. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening. Bidder will sign the Agreement and submit the Contract Documents within 15 days after the date of the Owners Notice of Award. The chosen contractor will be responsible for all work associated with this task, including removal and disposal of existing asphalt. Contractor shall provide the Owner with a Certificate of Insurance which includes a $1,000,000 Umbrella Policy prior to the commencement of work. Dwight Township High School shall be named as additional, primary insured. Workers are to be fully covered by the Contractor for workers compensation insurance. Owner to carry fire and other necessary insurance. The parties of this Contract agree that if any dispute arising from the pursuit of said Contract requires the filing of a lawsuit, venue of such lawsuit shall be in the Circuit Court of Livingston County, Illinois. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Payment shall be made upon completion of the Work
