Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mabton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for two schedules of work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications: Schedule A: Park & Ride Improvements: The construction of a Park & Ride facility along South Street between Main Street and 5th Street, including but not limited to excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, storm drainage improvements, cement concrete curb, gutters, sidewalks, hot mix asphalt placement, pavement markings, surface restoration, permanent signing, traffic control, and other work. Schedule B: B Street Crossing Improvements: The construction of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) signal system at the intersection of 5th Street and B Street.
