Site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 3 , 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 15, 2023. The Minor Street Rehabilitation Program (Program) will include work such as: 1) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 4,962 S.F. of sidewalk. 2) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 29 curb ramps. 3) 480 L.F. of concrete sidewalk grinding. 4) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 644 S.F. of driveway. 5) 488,700 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling. 6) placement of 4,600 tons of asphalt rubber hot mix overlay. 7) 37 adjustment and replacement of sewer manhole frame and cover. 8) traffic signing and pavement delineation. 9) construction surveying. 10) all appurtenant work, which are listed under the Proposed Schedule of Work and Prices. 681,559 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling The expected completion time of the Program is 40 consecutive working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
