SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Broken Arrow Public Schools, Independent School District No. 3, Tulsa County for construction of a storage building at Vanguard Academy, 3000 E Albany, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. All Bidders for this project are required to comply with all aspects of the Public Competitive Bidding Act and to meet all qualification requirements as established in the bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. The district reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. WRA Architects has provided drawings for this project. They have not been retained for Construction Administration. The scope of work will be determined from WRA's drawings. This scope will include but not be limited to the following: furnish and install a main frame, roof purlins, wall girts, R-19 wall and R-30 roof insulation, 26-gauge PBR roof and wall panels, trim, flashings, gutters and downspouts, two overhead doors and three-man doors with (ml2057) mortise locks with 60-6 keyway, dirt work, foundation, concrete slab, and connecting sidewalks and paving as required. Electrical includes installing power from existing panel in adjacent barn, underground to the new storage building. Electrical contractor to install two conduit 1" pipes from existing building to the new storage building; one for future use. Install a new 60 AMP, 120/208-volt, 3 phase panel inside the new storage building, install 9 LED strip fixtures as shop lights in the ceiling, three light switches and 10 duplex receptacles. Install 4 exterior wall packs with photocell controls. Install 4 GFI exterior receptacles, one on each side of the building
