The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents. The Engineers Estimate for this project (with all Additive Alternate Bids) is $3,100,000.00 COMPLETION OF WORK: All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within 70 consecutive working days for all the base bid work and 30 consecutive working days for all the additive alternate work (if awarded), and if only a portion of the additive alternate work is awarded the allowed additive alternate working days will be prorated based on the dollar amount) beginning on the date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer. Liquidated Damages :- $1500/calendar day
