As of April 24, 2023. Project has been awarded to Construction Masters amounting of $69,619.50 North Cornwall Township will be accepting sealed bids for upcoming paving projects. Work includes milling, base & wear overlay HMA placement, and sealing. Location- Abington Alley between 16th and 17th Street, Federal Street between 17th and 18th Street, Varney Alley between Walnut Street and Abington Alley and Dairy Road. Scope- Joint milling/cuts at all cross streets or alleys, mill excavate 4" of existing materials, place 2.5" compacted depth of 25mm base course HMA, .3 to 3.0 EASL's, 75 gyrations and 1.5" compacted depth of 9.5 mm wear course HMA, .3 to 3.0 EASL's, 75 gyrations. Joint milling as required and seal coat all joints and utility covers. Excavate and repair any soft spots after milling . Project start date - any time after June 12, 2023 ; Work to be completed on or before 8/28/2023 It is anticipated that the Board of Supervisors will award the bid at their April 4, 2023, meeting at 7:00 pm
