Site work for a water / sewer project in Cornwall Boro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of the Cured-In-Place Pipe lining of 2,200 linear feet (LF) of active 8-18-inch diameter sanitary sewer and 11 sanitary sewer manholes to be rehabilitated. The project also includes corresponding Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of lined main line. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total, a non-collusion affidavit, and the qualification requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and bids shall be prepared accordingly. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act. North Cornwall Township reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids and to reject any or all Bids.
