The splash pad shall also incorporate a decorative seat wall into the perimeter of the splash pad overspray zone. The seat wall shall feature an architectural stone veneer and a concrete wall cap for sitting. See appendix A. Preliminary site plans are provided in appendix A, which show the Splash Pad and its connection with other proposed park items. A prefabricated restroom facility, being designed and delivered under a separate but concurrent RFP, will house the equipment and plumbing for the splash pad. Routing of water and electrical to the proposed restroom facility utility chase will be performed by others; however, the Proposer will be responsible for making all necessary utility connections and any extensions and/or new taps, if applicable. Coordination between Design, furnish, and construct a fully automated, interactive, standalone, and functioning recirculation splash pad system in accordance with specifications contained herein and manufacturer instructions. the Proposer and the restroom supplier will be required. Connecting sidewalks, outdoor shower, shade structure, perimeter fencing, landscaping, and other park features will be designed and constructed by others. No site visit is required, and no pre-bid meeting will be held. See appendix A for existing site photos.
