for abatement services of undeveloped properties located in the City of Visalia. The initial contract term shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the city's option and with the consent of the contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. This contract is to provide property cleanup services for undeveloped properties as assigned by the City of Visalia Fire Department. All weeds, vegetation overgrowth, junk and trash must be removed from a designated property and may include the use of tractors and necessary implements, disking equipment, hand tools, large & small mowers, weed eaters, rakes, shovels or similar equipment The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this
notice.
