For Asphalt Concrete Washington County is seeking bids for the purchase of asphalt concrete and delivery for the Washington County Department of Public Works. The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Bids should be clearly marked: # 2023-7: Asphalt Concrete - FOB & Delivery Contract Period: Date of Award until December 31, 2023 Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder barring any rejections or waiving of informalities in any or all bids Washington County reserves the right to purchase any and all goods in this Bid from New York State Contract. Washington County does not pay fuel surcharges. Any increase due to petroleum cost should be reflected in item costs. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this bid. Washington County reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and to disregard all non-confirming, non-responsive or conditional submissions.
