For Crushed Stone Materials Washington County is seeking bids for the purchase of crushed stone materials for the Washington County Department of Public Works. The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Washington County does not pay fuel surcharges. Any increase due to petroleum cost should be reflected in item costs. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this bid. Washington County reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and to disregard all non-confirming, non-responsive or conditional submissions. Submissions will be examined and evaluated by the Washington County Purchasing Coordinator.
