The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to: Perform Construction for Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park Trail Drainage Improvement Work of this Contract comprises the following: Clearing of deadfall from drainage paths adjacent to wetland 3 located within the project limits. Clearing and grading for a drainage course between wetland 3 and the existing lake outfall. Culvert upgrades within the project limits. Raising and regrading of an existing walking trail. Reinstatement of road structure in areas impacted by culvert work. Topsoil and seeding in graded locations. Pumping of standing water into newly graded swale. Project Location: Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park (54°49'51.4"N 111°58'00.9"W), Lac La Biche County, AB
